Founded in 2020, PhyziX was born from a deeply personal mission. After watching traditional PT fail his mother through years of chronic pain, Dr. Jia set out to build a better way. That mission continues today, carried forward by a team of like minded therapists who lead with heart, curiosity, and purpose.

Healing starts with the environment. We partnered with interior designers and energy consultants to create a space that feels calming, warm, and inviting for both patients and staff. With four private rooms, a fully equipped Rogue gym, a kitchen, and a thoughtfully curated vibe, our 3000 square foot clinic feels more like a boutique wellness space than a clinic.

How We Work
One on one, 60 minute sessions (no double booking, no chaos)
Five to eight clients per day max
Focused on active adults who care about their health
Time built into your schedule for mentorship, collaboration, and personal development

Mentorship and Learning
Weekly one on one clinical mentorship with our Head PT
Annual CEU allowance
Access to structured learning modules and case study reviews

Compensation and Schedule
Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses (potential to exceed $120K per year)
Paid time off, CEU reimbursement, and health insurance
Set your own schedule once full time, aiming for 25 to 32 patient hours per week

Requirements

Current MA PT license
One or more years of ortho PT experience preferred
New DPT graduates welcome
Background in coaching, training, or performance a plus
Alignment with our mission, values, and approach to care
